Quality Behavioral Health’s Michigan Harm Reduction (MHR) program serves all communities in the State of Michigan by reducing harm, combating opioid overdoses, communicable diseases, homelessness, substance abuse, mental health and suicides. We focus our efforts on those affected by social elements of health, including people living with HIV, hepatitis, substance use, and the LGBTQ communities. We foster wellness and advancement through tailored services, advocacy, training, prevention, and education.
